Best Answer wins it part II?
Okay I have made the following recipe courtesy of another Y!A member:
With a little oil if you have it,mix together a pinch of EVERY ingredient listed (except for the cucumbers and lettuce and snack wings) and add a good dash of the ketchup, original BBQ sauce and mustard. Coat the wings well in the oil/spice/herbs,ketchup,etc paste and place on a tray in an oven heated to hot (200C/Gas 7-8) for about 20 mins. Slice the lettuce, peel and cut the cucumber into small chunks and toss together with the cooked spicy wings
I have these items:
Crush Red Pepper seasoning
Ground Red Chili Pepper Seasoning
Lemon Pepper
Lemon Pepper and Garlic marinade
Ground Sage
Sazon
Adobo (light)
Paprika
Salt
Italian Seasoning
Meat Tenderizer
Parsley Flakes
Curry Powder
Jamaica’s choice jamaican curry powder
Cinnamon
Original BBQ sauce
Ketchup
Mustard
Brown Rice
Black Beans (canned)
Pasta Noodles
Frozen block of NY Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Lentils
16 Bean soup mix (16 different dried beans)
Frozen Neufchatel cream cheese
What side dish can I make to complement the chicken?
What would be a great side dish and if you mention salad prepare for a thumbs down. All I ate today was a lowfat yogurt and an orange, I want to EAT!
brown rice with black beans drained cook rice and cook beans on low heat add to rice blend together and serve next to the meal add salt and enjoy
Can anyone tell me how to paint a bmx bike?
One of my mates gave me a bmx, needs alot of work doing to it including a paint job, I don’t have access to a sandblaster and don’t want to have it powder coated, should I use paint stripper or just sand it? Please reply asap.
I suggest you use paint stripper THEN sand it with 220 grit (00) silicon carbide sandpaper (white in colour).
Hang the frame in an area where you can get to all parts of it and where it won’t be distrubed.
Apply several good coats of sandable primer and allow to cure at least a week.
Sand the primer with 320 grit (000) silicon carbide paper. Wipe the frame clean of dust.
Apply enough colour to the frame to cover it and make it even, wait 15 minutes to 1 hour, then apply 5 to 10 coats of clear- one coat every 15 minutes. Allow to cure at LEAST 2 weeks.
Wet sand the frame down with 1000 grit sandpaper to smooth out everything, then polish with (red) rubbing compound, then (white liquid) polishing compound.
The other option is to take it to an auto body specialist and have them do it. It will probably cost about 50 quid whether you do or they do it- but their job will look nicer.
