I am not shore what 28? is but if your talking about the polished lines use laqquer thinner just the cheap kind dyr with heat gun and then put tape on

I use copper ,blue green all powder coating high temp,argon;s tape is bad I bought alot and it had little bubbles in it and came out in the powder and they brushed me off

basically it depends on what can fit into the oven, practically and bike, truck, car, or quad rim will fit into a standard kitchen oven, (if that’s what’s being used)if it’s too big it can be cured with an infrared heat lamp.
